Investment Team
Flavio has more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector. He has been Member of the EMEA Executive Commitee at Merrill Lynch and CEO of Deutsche Bank in Italy. He also acted as Deputy Chairman of ABI, the Italian Banking Association.
Flavio graduated with Laude in Mechanical Engineering at Università di Roma and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School in Boston.

He has over 20 years of experience in private equity, first in LBO Italia, and then in BC Partners, where he was Managing Director of the Italian office. He started his career in the M&A department of Morgan Stanley in London and then moved to Bain & Company as a management consultant. He holds a degree in Economics, University of Genoa and an MBA, INSEAD.
He has over 20 years of experience in private equity, first in Advent International, where he worked as a Principal in the London, Frankfurt and Milan offices, and then in J. Hirsch & Co., where he was Managing Director. He started his career in Arthur Andersen and then moved to the structured finance department of Greenwich Natwest. He holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA, Barney School - University of Hartford.
He has over 10 years of experience in private equity in Italy, first in Investitori Associati and then in 21 Investimenti. He started his career in management consulting at Monitor Company and then moved to Value Partners. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, Politecnico di Milano, and a Masters in Finance, London Business School.
He has over 9 years of experience in private equity, previously working at PAI Partners. He started his career in management consulting at McKinsey. He holds a degree in Physics, Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa, and an MBA, Columbia Business School.
Before joining QuattroR, Guido was responsible for the Italian market within HIG WhiteHorse, completing transactions across credit and structured equity. He started his career in Deutsche Bank in Milan and London, where he subsequently joined Barclays and Banca IMI, covering distressed credit and structured finance transactions. He graduated from Bocconi University in Financial Markets.
He worked on several M&A, debt restructuring and financing transactions assisting local and international corporates and financial investors. He started his career in DVR Capital and then moved to EY. He holds a double degree in International Management, Bocconi University-HEC Paris.
He developed a solid experience in debt restructuring as Senior Analyst in EY and then as Director in an independent Corporate Finance firm in Milan, where he assisted corporates in structuring and executing financial and operational turnarounds. He holds a degree in Finance, Bocconi University.
He developed extensive experience in the Italian corporate restructuring arena, previously as Manager in the KPMG restructuring team and more recently as Vice President in Oxy Capital Italia where he worked on several investments in Italian underperforming corporate assets. He graduated in Business Management from Bocconi University and holds an MBA in international business from Florida Southern College (USA).
He worked as a Senior Analyst in EY M&A team dealing with corporate finance transactions in several sectors. He holds a degree in Economics & Finance, Università degli Studi Milano-Bicocca.
Giorgia worked in London as Associate in the KKR Capital Markets team and previously as Analyst in the Leveraged Finance team of J.P. Morgan, supporting corporate financing operations and LBOs. She has a Master of Science degree in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.
Previously working as Associate in the M&A Debt Advisory team in PwC focusing on leverage finance and M&A buyside transactions. She holds a master’s degree in Banking & International Finance from Cass Business School, City University of London.
She worked as Associate in Turnaround & Restructuring in KPMG, dealing with special situations and corporate restructuring in diverse industries. She graduated in Finance at Trinity College of Dublin (Master’s degree) and University of Bologna.
Finance & Operations
He has a long-lasting experience in the private equity sector, mainly in 3i, where he was Finance and Operations Director for Southern Europe, also in charge of the incorporation of the management company in Italy and the management of several portfolio companies. He was also CFO of Pillarstone Italy during set up phase. He started his career in finance departments of large Italian corporates, and has also worked in the not-for-profit sector as CEO of RNDM. He holds a degree in Economics, University of Turin.
She has been working for over 15 years in management companies of private equity and venture capital funds. She started her career in the Italian offices of 3i, and then worked for 5 years in Principia SGR Spa.
Before joining QuattroR, she was Investor Relations Manager and ESG manager of Alkemy S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Star Milan. She has a degree in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University.
She worked as a Senior in the Audit & Assurance team in Deloitte and then in Mazars, dealing with consulting and auditing for Financial Intermediaries such as: SGR with Private Equity and Real Estate funds.
She holds a degree in Management of Financial Intermediaries from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

Support Staff
She holds a degree in Science of Tourism and the Local Community, Università degli Studi di Milano Bicocca, she has previously worked in Deloitte Italy.
She has a degree in Cultural Heritage, Literature, and Languages from Bologna University; her previous experience has been as a front desk assistant.
He has a long-lasting experience as a security guard at Fininvest Group. From 1998 he moved to Pomellato SpA, handled general services, as well as security.
She worked for over 10 years as a Personal Assistant at Gatti Pavesi Bianchi law firm. Then she was an Office Manager in an independent legal boutique. She holds a degree in Political Science and she started her professional experience at ENIT Agency at Chamber of Commerce and Industry Italo-Polish in Warsaw.
The Investment Committee comprises the Chairman, the CEO and other members of the Management Team. It has an active role in scouting and selecting investment opportunities. Its core responsibilities include the scoping, analysis and proposal to the Board of both investment and divestment opportunities.
