QuattroR aims at becoming the financial partner for mid / large Italian corporates in need of a capital strengthening to sustain growth strategies. The fund also invests to support corporates with solid business fundamentals but temporary financial difficulties.

Single investment of €50-100M.

Flexible investment approach, with a wide spectrum of financial instruments in order to suit the needs of the investment targets, including capital increases, underwriting of equity-like instruments and convertible bonds.

No sector specialization (excluding real estate and financial services).

Establishing a strategic partnership with current shareholders, by sharing the growth and relaunch plan

Deploying the financial resources required to recapitalise the company and rebalance its capital structure, as well as sustaining internal and external growth, facilitating sector consolidation

Providing additional managerial capabilities to execute the relaunch / turnaround and subsequent growth plans. QuattroR acts as a reference shareholder, supporting and monitoring the execution of organisational and cultural change.
