Personal data policy statement

The information (username and password) entered into this “Protected Area” (the “Area”) will be processed by QUATTROR SGR S.P.A. (“QUATTROR”) with its registered office in Milan, Via Borgonuovo, 14, in accordance with Regulation No 679/2016 (“GDPR”) and applicable subsequent national implementing legislation (together with the GDPR, the “Applicable Privacy Legislation”) for the sole purpose of allowing the investor – by accessing the said Area – to consult the relevant documentation made available by QUATTROR. The inability to access the Area will not jeopardise the user’s right to request the documentation concerned from QUATTROR.

The information (i) will be processed using manual, electronic or remote systems by appropriately trained personnel in accordance with the Applicable Legislation and (ii)and may be disclosed to third companies that provide services functional to better management of the Area. The information collected will be stored for as long as a party acts as an investor. Detailed information regarding the rights granted by the Applicable Privacy Legislation is provided in the policy statement available from the following link and may be requested by sending an e-mail to the address privacy@quattror.com.
